Are you looking for a position as a Systems and Data Specialist within a family owned organization? As a key member of our operations team, you for coordinating the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform, from working with operations on inventory management to customer support and onboarding. .
If you have experience managing and overseeing end-to-end e-commerce operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, customer service, and onboarding, we want to hear from you!

As a NEFF Systems and Data Specialist, you will have the following responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the end-to-end e-commerce operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, customer service, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize the e-commerce platform's performance, improve customer experience, and increase sales.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, IT, marketing, sales, and logistics, to ensure seamless operations and consistent brand messaging.
  • Utilize Microsoft BI and PowerApps to collect, analyze to provide actionable insights to improve business outcomes.
  • Monitor and manage the e-commerce platform's technical performance, identifying issues and collaborating with internal and external partners to implement solutions.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements in technology, suggesting and implementing improvements to our platform and operations.
  • Functioning as a member of the IT team to foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide technical customer support to internal and external customers.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong expertise in data analysis and reporting, with hands-on experience in Microsoft BI and PowerApps.
  • Excellent understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and SEO strategies.
  • Experience with CRM and ERP integrations with e-commerce platforms.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Outstanding problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and with external partners.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
