Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Applications, performs analysis, development, testing, and support for applications including Ellucian Banner modules and associated products. Provides technical expertise and assistance to functional departments to support business processes.- Associates degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field;
- Five (5) years applications support or programming;
- Three (3) or more years of experience with report writing and support;
- Experience with Ellucian Banner or other higher education ERP Systems;
- Experience with training and supporting enterprise applications;
- Strong SQL and PL/SQL experience;
- Relational Database application development experience;
- Knowledge of tables, packages, stored procedures, triggers, views; Experience in a college or university setting;
- Knowledge of revision control systems;
- Ability to work with a diverse staff and faculty.
- Bachelor’s degree; Java; Crystal Report writing ;
- Strong commitment to customer service;
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with constituents at all levels.
