Systems Analyst (Hybrid/Onsite)

Description:

Looking to bring in a D365 Systems Analyst to join our team to help manage D365 and a number of other ERP systems for a 6-month contract-to-hire.

Lifecycle Services (LCS):

1.Manage Cloud-Hosted VMs

a. Administrate Legacy-Prod as a production level environment (never updates)

b. Refresh Dev Databases

c. Update dev environments

d. Maintain Dev VM availability and access

e. Renew SSL Certificates Regularly

2.Maintain Production, UAT, TEST

a. Coordinate version upgrades and quality updates

b. Work with business to plan downtime for updates

c. Refresh UAT and TEST with production data

3.Lifecycle Services Maintenance

a. Maintain and deploy manual updates

b. Maintain and create items in asset library and shared asset library

c. Maintain and Setup project users

d. Configure project settings

Finance and Operations (F&O):

1.Resolve all Help Desk tickets related to D365

2.User Security

3.New user setup

4.Security Role customization

5.New Updates

a. Regression Testing document creation

b. Assign business users with regression testing scenarios

c. Carryout all IT related regression testing

d. Work with Microsoft/PWC to resolve failed regression tests

e. Setup business users in UAT/TEST to complete regression tests

6.Exflow Security Administration

7.Maintain Treasury Automation Suite Parameters and Connections

DevOps

1.Create, Assign, and Complete D365 tasks and duties in coordination with contractors

2.Revitalize project user security and setup

3.DevOps user security and setup

4.Execute Code Build Process

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Manage user security and license application across multiple ERP and business systems

• Own the testing and application of patches and upgrades to ERP systems

• Monitor and execute ERP batch jobs in coordination with business events

• Provides direct support in the day-to-day operations on ERP systems and IT business software

• Cultivate a high-quality professional relationship with business teams and system users by instilling trust and confidence

• Coordinates and/or performs analysis and configuration changes to IT operated business software including security best practice
