Cedar Park Group is looking for a Systems Administrator Mid-Level
Part-Time 100% REMOTE New York, NY
23 months. 20hrs a week. 9am-5pm
Manage an university LMS.
Tasks:
- Configuring, managing, and monitoring the LMS.
- Assisting the project with troubleshooting LMS issues.
- Managing accounts.
- Running reports.
- Managing and maintaining specific courses related to the project in the LMS.
- Providing expertise and guidance to the project on the specific aspects of the LMS.
- User support-answering emails about the LMS usage, etc.
Requirements:
36 months of experience in higher education maintaining and configuring a learning management system (especially Brightspace).
36 months of experience in higher education, managing technical settings of Brightspace to ensure it is customized to meet the needs of end users across an institution.
36 months of experience in higher education, serving as the point of escalation for LMS troubleshooting.
36 months of experience in higher education, having participated in an LMS transition to Brightspace.
36 months of experience in higher education, providing functional and technical expertise with Brightspace.
36 months of experience in higher education maintaining and configuring a learning management system (especially Brightspace).
