The System Master File Administrator is responsible for monitoring and maintaining all Brightree Master fields to assure reliability of claim billing and consistency in cash flow while minimizing risk of denial and adjustment.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- To update and add Price tables, Insurance files, Doctor files, Facility files etc.
- To monitor daily WIPS and Tasks associated to Master files.
- Monitor ACU-Serve SmartSheet Notices and work timely.
- Serve as Lead on any file maintenance needs for any outsourced Vendor.
- To attend all meetings that require the assistance of the Master File Administrator
- Assists with reviewing all insurance updates and fee schedules.
- Assists with payer profile updates.
- Assist with projects within Revenue Qualification
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education: Graduate of an accredited high school or GED equivalence.
Experience/Knowledge/Skills/Physical Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare
- Strong Medicare, Medicaid & Commercial Payer HME
- Experience in HME/DME referral intake and/or billing helpful.
- Progressively responsible reimbursement experience in HME
- Ability to understand reimbursement implications due to industry changes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- TEAM Player with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Extensive computer use requiring strong typing ability.
- Strong Leadership experience
- Brightree experience and a general understanding of the implication of file maintenance
- Standard office practice
Starting Pay no less than $20.14/hour.
