Responsible for the design and development of medium to highly complex systems. Skills include system design and analysis as well as business skills. Works with data and project managers to understand systems and consults with customers to understand needs. Developments and implements new systems, corrects software errors in existing systems, and works to improve performance through hardware upgrades. Manages computer systems in a business environment and responsible for resolving technical issues. Knowledgeable in programming, data structures, computer systems, and software engineering. Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or other related field. Ability to manage multiple assignments. Superior written and oral communication skills. 6-10+ years of experience.
JOB DUTIES:
You will be working with a global IT Team comprising of widely distributed onshore and an offshore teams, you will work on the latest technologies and in an Agile fashion towards DevOps model of delivery. You will be engaged using DevOps Tools and methodologies to find ways to meet our customer's high expectations and dynamic needs making it easy for them to partner with us.
You will be working regularly on multiple small to medium-size projects that drive high satisfaction for internal and external customers. You will be using Agile methodologies and work with stakeholders including internal team leadership, business partners and IT peers to maintain communication and alignment.
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
Understanding of Supply Chain Processes. Design and Development of the Inventory Planning and Replenishment systems such as Logility, JDA. Design and Develop new functionality, modify existing functionality.
Ability to understand the inbound and outbound interfaces coming from other systems.
Development skills for PL/SQL procedures, VB Script, Shell Scripts, .Net
Support Production Issue, Code Deployment, Enterprise Releases, On Call duties.
DESIRED SKILLS:
Participate in requirements gathering/design discussion sessions. Work closely with all the stakeholders in a cross functional manner to clearly understand the requirements
Quickly respond to critical system issues, defects, outages to ensure minimal impact to the internal & external customers.
Enhancements and fixes to existing applications as well as developing new applications. Follow the Agile/DevOps methodology.
Perform system tests, validate that the code is operating on clean, correct & useful data. Reduce security threats with dependable & reliable security tools.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or other related field. 5+ years of relevant work experience.
