Position Summary:
Legal, Risk, Compliance, AML and Fraud department defines technology strategy & delivers solutions to enable LR&C functions within Client to efficiently manage the growing regulatory requirements for the enterprise.
The role of this System Analyst will be responsible for gathering requirements and providing recommendations to support the growth and future technology advances in our enterprise collaboration tools supporting SMS capabilities and capture for corporate owned device while integrating with the bring your own device (BYOD) users. Provides working knowledge of mobile technologies and industry standards to deliver insight/recommendations to our corporate and field workforce mobile device strategy. You will collaborate with the IT Infrastructure team and work cross-functionally with other business units as needed to implement and improve the adoption of the mobile device strategy supporting compliance surveillance requirements.
Work with management and stakeholders to identify problems, suggest solutions and implement improvements. Strong leader with the ability to communicate well to other members across the verticals.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Support gathering of requirements (functional and non functional) of mobile solutions.
Identify and architect mobility solutions for thousands of users spread out over a large geographic area.
Coordinate with Network, Virtualization, Security, Active Directory/Exchange teams on the implementation of solutions
Support delivery of organizational change management to mobile solution or changes to mobile solution as specified or in scope of this statement of work. This includes development of end user guides, training material and drafting of end user
Collaborate with vendors supported by MDM, Microsoft 365, telecommunication systems, and capture and surveillance applications.
Ability to provide reporting and analytics to provide management status reporting, application health analysis and trend analysis on a monthly/quarterly basis to aid in resolution oversight and delivery efficiency.
Prioritize and execute tasks, in a time-sensitive environment.
Supports the operational development/deployment in accordance with the mobile device strategy
Ability to communicate clearly to various levels of management (including executive management), across various business functions (including engineering)
Strong organizational skills; self-motivation and the ability to overcome challenges calmly and effectively
Ability to maintain open and constant communication with internal employees, contractors, customers, managers, and others as needed
Prioritize issues raised and resolve it accordingly which need to be monitored very closely
Required Experience:
3-5 years
Preferred Experience:
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience supporting mobile device strategy in a global marketplace.
Proven experience providing roadmaps, product overviews, reports, backlog, and documentation for enterprise technology solutions
Experience with Corporate Compliance
Skills and Abilities:
2 or more years experience implementing Microsoft Office 365/Microsoft Mobile Device Management integrating with multiple telephony providers.
2 or mor years experience with Apple MDM Device Management.
2 or more years experience implementing SMS capture and surveillance technologys including support of SMS applications.
Knowledge of technology standards, industry trends, and emerging technologies
Excellent teamwork, time-management, and organizational skills
