Job Summary/Purpose: The Gemini 3 Group is seeking a System Analyst support of a valued Department of Defense (DOD) customer. Essential Responsibilities/Functions: Assist with secure information exchanges and processes integral to inter-agency conferences, symposia, and workshops as further described below.

Review classified documents and attend classified meetings. Assist with pre-event planning, on-site or online coordination, post-event activities, the identification and development of technical and procedural issues, and technical agenda topics before the various meeting forums. Assist with communications of the aforementioned information and the associated technical and procedural coordination among participants and stakeholders.

Assist with ITSP Operations and Modernization Conferences and Meetings necessary for executing the ITSP mission and engaging with the I&S stakeholder community. Manage a master integrated meeting calendar for ITSP Operations and Modernization meetings. Note the names of these meetings, committees, and boards may change in support of modernization efforts; all ITSP Operations and Modernization meetings shall be considered within scope regardless of name change(s).

Provide a status of the Meeting Preparation Checklist to ensure preparations for the meeting have been completed. Arrange for telephone conference lines and set up and manage a Defense Collaboration Services (DCS) session, or equivalent for each meeting. Provide and maintain backup copies of all briefings loaded onto a compact disc (CD) and onto DCS to ensure all unclassified briefings are available, ordered properly, and viewable.

For Official Use Only (FOUO) documents will not be disseminated. Provide administrative tasks (e.g., making copies, documenting new status of existing action items). Manage, track, and keep current up to 25 email distributions lists continually and throughout the period of performance, with members in each list ranging from 5 to 700.

Validate email lists are accurate, current, and complete with various stakeholders of the IT Standards Program. Provide support to the day-to-day operations of the GTG-F, ensuring seamless and efficient sustainment of all new, updated, and existing business processes and procedures within the GTG-F modules. Provide on-site and remote help desk support for technical and subject matter assistance to internal and external GTG-F users.

This involves answering calls, logging tickets, account activations, and providing basic hardware/software assistance. Assist the Government with customer support by responding to basic level (Tier 1) and subject matter level (Tier 2) inquiries from end-users as well as documenting those inquiries and subsequent comments or resolutions in the form of tickets. Assist the Government with tracking bugs and enhancements that are escalated to Tier 3 and follow-up actions with end-users.

Generate a weekly helpdesk performance Create new and update existing end-user documentation consisting of User Guides/Process Guides per module and/or privilege/role, Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and any other documentation identified by the Government as guidance for the GTG-F end-user. Identify existing training initiatives and activities for potential update and/or refinement. Identify and develop anticipated training or learning materials related to GTG-F updates and/or business process changes Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Must be able to obtain ITIL v.4 Certification Must be able to obtain PEGA certification Must be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks at one time.

Must be detail oriented and highly organized, able to manage priorities to meet deadlines. Effective proofing and quality assurance capabilities to include excellent spelling and grammar and familiarity with military correspondence and competency-specific document formats/templates. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project.

Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat (forms, signatures). Required Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience in a combination of IT Management, Business Management or IT Standards. Required Education, Licenses and Certifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology or Computer Science.
