Job Overview:
As the Switchboard Operator/Customer Service, you will be responsible for providing solutions to our customer that enhance their financial security in the most convenient and efficient way possible while striving to provide the most value and return to our stakeholders.
Essential Job Functions:
- Answer incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner.
- Forward calls to all areas within Home Federal and take messages when needed.
- Act as a liaison between Home Federal and customers over the phone.
- Give support to other areas and departments within Home Federal.
- Cross sell Home Federal products and services.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Actively support Home Federal's sales and marketing process.
- Work to achieve Corporate, department, and personal HomeStars goals.
- Answer incoming calls for all offices in 3 rings or less.
- Complete daily, weekly, monthly reports.
- Complete teller and customer service tasks on a Saturday rotation.
- Provide support to all areas within Home Federal.
Job Specifications:
- Must have the ability to operate a multi-line phone system with headset.
- Must have the ability to operate a complete with knowledge in Microsoft products.
- Must be proficient on 10-key adding machine.
- Must be proficient in oral and written communication with grammar and English skills.
- Must be proficient typist 40+ word per minute.
- Must have organizational skills and ability to work on multiple tasks.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
