Currently, we have an opening in our Aquatics department for a Swim Team Coach.
PRO Swimming is looking for an experienced and accomplished career coach to lead our Senior Prep Group, and develop our oldest and most competitive Age Group Swimmers. 

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
The successful candidate must be passionate about the sport of swimming, be innovative, and have a clear understanding of what makes a Swim Team successful. He/she must be a team player; possess a high degree of emotional maturity; have the ability to teach and motivate young people; and foster strong communication with parents and PRO Club leadership.

PRO Swimming has approximately 280 swimmers that range vastly in their swimming goals from recreational swimmers to National Qualifiers and National Top-10 Age Groupers.  We are located at the PRO Club/Medical main branch in Bellevue.
WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Coach appropriate skill level / age level of various swimmers to provide positive environment for swimmers to learn, improve, grow, and race.
• Approve all swim meet entries within deadlines.
• Maintain current USA Swimming Certification.
• General supervision of Aquatics area.
• Enforcing rules, policies and procedures.
• Plan and coach all practice
• Mentor and utilize assistant or junior coaches during practices
• Attend all coaches meetings
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE - 

• ARC Lifeguard Certified
• 2 years instruction variety of programs
• Competitive Swim Background
• USA Swimming Coach Certified (or ability to get certified)

- $17-25/hr (based on experience)
