The Rosen Aquatic & Fitness Center is one of the largest competitive facilities in the southeast, and is home for many competitive swimmers, divers, water polo players, and hundreds of children from nearby communities who have learned drowning prevention and swimming skills. With courage, drive, and determination, the mission of the non-profit Rosen Aquatic & Fitness Center is to elevate the health and wellness of those who enter our facility through inclusive and supportive programs that benefit athletes and community members of all abilities. Through our mission, we also proudly serve as a supportive and vital member of Orange County by expanding our efforts to include community-benefiting events to improve the wellness of our local community.

- Provides skill-based swim and water safety instruction to people of all ages
- Maintains constant supervision of students to ensure safety
- Creates a positive, nurturing relationships with students and builds cooperative relationships with parents and caregivers
- Promotes and supports the potential of all students in program. Facilitates peer-to-peer connections as part of the overall program experience.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Proven experience working as a Swim Instructor or Lifeguard.
- CPR, First Aid, and American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor or Basic Swim Instructor (BSI) certifications.
- Sound knowledge of proper swimming techniques and water safety rules
