Our store located in the Mall of New Hampshire is looking hiring part-time and full-time positions.
Duties
- Run the register and ring up customer accurately and efficiently
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and merchandising
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints and escalations in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail is preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic cash handling
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
