Sweeper Operator - Lebanon, Pa

Our company specializes in cleaning and maintaining busy Commercial shopping centers. We are seeking professional and experienced Sweeper Drivers in our Lebanon, PA location. Looking to hire immediately. This is a Non-CDL position.

Responsibilities:

• Our night shift sweeper driver cleans the outdoor areas of commercial shopping centers and buildings at night by operating sweeper trucks, removing dirt, debris and other trash at these properties.
• Handpick garbage in designated areas
• Use handheld blower to clean sidewalks, curb lines, loading dock, dumpster areas, etc.
• Conduct Pre/Post Inspection checklist of vehicle and equipment
• Report hazards and liabilities to manager
• Provide report with overall site conditions
• Empty trash cans as required
• Porter responsibilities when needed

Requirements:

• Must have a valid and clean driver’s license.
• Work independently.
• Required to work a flexible schedule: schedules vary
• Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Experience in driving/operating sweeper truck and/or machinery preferred
• Be able to lift 50lbs. and climb in and out of equipment
• Be able to work in inclement weather
• Reliable transportation
• Pass a background check, pre-placement and random drug screenings

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Sunday - Saturday (Weekly 5 Night Schedule)
• Night shift
• Weekend availability
