SVP Workforce Planning
As Advantage undergoes transformative changes, we are seeking an accomplished senior operational executive for the newly established role of Senior Vice President of Workforce Planning, reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer. The incumbent will lead and develop the strategic vision for positioning our firm as the premier destination for sourcing, attracting, hiring, training, and retaining distributed frontline talent. This position will have direct oversight of the high-volume talent acquisition team, workforce management, third-party utilization, analytics, and functional training teams through which they will maintain a high-functioning system to ensure the organization's capability to meet client and customer requirements with maximum efficiency.
In addition, this role will lead and oversee the enterprise-wide Sales and Operations Planning/Integrated Business Planning (S&OP/IBP) process, generating accurate and actionable insights on demand (events, merchandising) and supply (available associates, new hires, 3rd party labor).
This will be achieved through close collaboration and regular engagement with senior leadership, and with the IS&T department to leverage technology solutions that enhance operational effectiveness and agility. They will manage and optimize investments in employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's reputation and attractiveness as an employer of choice. They will foster a culture of continuous improvement, driving innovation and efficiency enhancements across all aspects of workforce management in support of future centralization of dispersed labor force management for (and across) lines of business.
This role will serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership and operational teams, facilitating lean practices and driving shareholder value.
