As our SVP, Solutions Consultant, and Health Plans you will...
Be Accountable and Responsible
As our SVP, Solutions Consultant, Health Plans, you will sit at the intersection of marketing, design, and technology for the Health Plans practice area. Your role will be to understand your client's business objectives and formulate strategies and tactics to bring those goals to life. Your role will also include identifying, leading, and inspiring the right talent to produce the desired outcomes. Health Plans' experience and insights will be critical in formulating digital solutions. You will also own creating client roadmaps for long-term growth and relationship continuity.
  • Establish client relationships with C-Suite level clients, specifically the CTO, CMO, and CIO, to be their go-to partner for insights and solutions
    • Understand Health Plan headwinds, tailwinds, and market forces while helping clients anticipate changes in their category and the market at large
    • Establish direct and influential relationships with clients on key accounts, in partnership with account management
    • Evaluate contemporary marketing and customer experience programs across categories and consumer segments
    • Grow and diversify client relationships by identifying additional business needs with a focus on digital solutions and platform technologies
    • Obtain client feedback and optimize client satisfaction and engagement
    • Understand investment modeling and maturity curves to sell through work by demonstrating return on investment
  • Spearhead digital ideas and proactively create digital solutions for clients
    • Formulate Omni channel strategies based on client goals, across strategy, digital transformation, experience, creative, and platform development
    • Understand digital marketing trends and bring innovative ideas and solutions to both MERGE teams and clients
    • Understand how technical platforms (i.e. Salesforce, Adobe, Sitecore) enable client business goals; Support due diligence on third-party technologies
  • Accountable for delivery by pulling together and overseeing the cross-functional teams
    • Incorporate senior staff from other departments appropriately, setting them up to capitalize on opportunities for business growth
    • Demonstrate ability to manage multiple pieces of business and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment in tandem with other stakeholders
    • Spearhead proposal creation and support the estimation process

These are the qualifications we're looking for
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience developing a career concentration in Health Plans
  • 20+ years overall experience with 10+ years in agency and/ or consulting environment with well-honed business development skills and experience mining multi-channel initiatives at scale
  • Experience managing 5+M accounts
  • Proven ability to develop and nurture relationships, both internally across agency departments (ie marketing, technology, product, and sales) and externally within complex client structures
  • Years of experience that embeds strong working knowledge of contemporary marketing and customer experience initiatives within digital technology strategy
  • Experience with CMS/commerce platform technology, including Adobe, Salesforce, and Sitecore
  • 20+ years overall experience with 10+ years in agency and/ or consulting environment with well-honed business development skills and experience mining multi-channel initiatives at scale
