Responsibilities:
- Drive the non-financial (e.g. operational risk and compliance) Scenario Analysis program and execution including forward planning, quantification, facilitation, and monitoring of scenario events as part of the USPB and Wealth businesses.
- Manage efforts to streamline and enhance the Scenario Analysis program execution reducing the time to quantify a new scenario, evolving the planning process and right-sizing stakeholder engagement to drive accountability and effectiveness.
- Orchestrate subject matter expert engagement across both operational risk and compliance functions to ensure that scenario events are plausible, appropriate, and forward looking.
- Ensure satisfactory outcome for Scenario Analysis across use cases including stress capital, CCAR, RWA, and BAU operational risk and compliance.
- Provide effective connection to other enterprise risk programs including risk identification, risk appetite, and the enterprise-wide Scenario Analysis program.
- Prepare high quality executive presentation and management training for senior stakeholders that can tell a complex and technical story in a simple way.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of relevant risk management or related analytical/technical experience required.
- Demonstrated experience in leading change, with track record of improving business performance and enhancing risk management.
- Relevant experience in the following areas:
- Scenario analysis planning and execution for non-financial risk categories
- Non-financial risk management experience (e.g. Operational, Compliance) including solid understanding of personal banking and wealth operations and business models
- Robust experience in financial and capital planning and understanding of CCAR, Capital and RWA especially in context of operational risk and compliance
- Experience in enterprise risk (e.g risk identification, scenario design and generation, stress testing, risk appetite and limits or product governance and approval)

Education:
- Bachelor's degree required, master's degree in a relevant field preferred.
