Svp Finance - Diversified And High Growth Investment Firm

We have a unique opportunity for a finance leader to accelerate their career growth, in a highly influential position, with a fast growing private Investment Firm. In this SVP of FPA role, you'll be the #2 to an impressive CFO and lead a growing team. Some of your objectives will include bringing more rigor to the firm's FPA processes, providing portfolio companies with more valuable insights and data to fuel growth, leading the assessment of internal initiatives to help guide better capital allocation, and partner with various exec leaders on special projects. Opportunities genuinely don't come much better than this one.
The role is full time in office and can be in CT or split between CT and NYC. There will be some domestic and international travel required. The comp package is excellent and includes a large target bonus in addition to the listed base salary.
What we're looking for:

• 15+ years of progressive finance experience including time spent in complex, matrixed organizations and companies with operationally complex business models
• A history of proactively driving process improvements and building from scratch when needed
• Proven results as a strategic business partner and a great storyteller who can bring a narrative to the numbers
• Exemplary communication and presentation skills
• Bonus points for a background in private equity
