Description
Beyer Blinder Belle has reaffirmed its commitment to an environmentally and socially responsible practice by recently publishing our three-year Sustainability Action Plan (SAP) and continuing participation in the AIA 2030 Challenge. We are now seeking to hire a Director of Sustainability who will be responsible, in collaboration with the firm leadership, for leading all aspects of BBB's sustainability strategy.

This position may be a hybrid role in which a portion of the candidate's time will be spent leading firm sustainability efforts and engaging in architectural and planning projects, depending on the candidate's qualifications and capacity.
In addition to working locally with a broad and diverse group of professionals at all stages of career development, new hires will collaborate virtually with BBB design professionals across our different office locations. All BBB employees, including new hires, can participate in staff initiatives that advance professional skills, connect staff outside the realm of project work, and promote environmental and social well-being values.
