Surveying Project Manager - PLS
Summary
As a Surveying Project Manager - PLS, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and overseeing Surveying Projects from inception to completion. Your expertise in land surveying, project management, and team leadership will play a critical role in the success of our projects. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and surveying teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, meeting the highest quality and safety standards.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Perform and oversee boundary, topographic, construction, and ALTA/NSPS surveys
- Provide professional land surveying services, adhering to industry standards and regulations
- Develop and maintain existing client relationships
- Assign tasks and manage workload distribution within the surveying team
- Provide regular project updates and ensure client satisfaction.
- Manage equipment, materials, and resources required for Surveying Projects
Job Requirements
- NC Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license
- Bachelor's degree in land surveying, civil engineering, or a related field, preferred
- 8+ years of experience in land surveying and project management
- Strong knowledge of surveying software, equipment, and technology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
