A regional civil engineering firm is seeking a Land Survey Project Manager for their Bethlehem office which will be opening in January 2024. Responsibilities include: Involvement in every aspect of data collection, plan preparation and production. Responsibilities include performing title report review and compliance, survey calculations, deed plotting, utility & deed research, stakeout setup, cut sheets, plan production using AutoCAD Civil 3D, and experience working as a robotic one-man field crew preferred. Drone and laser scanning experience preferred. Requirements: Minimum 5 years experience in Land Surveying. Candidates with proficiency in AutoCAD required and field experience preferred. Career oriented individual who is self-motivated.
