SalaryWe are hiring a friendly and reliable person to interview passengers waiting at their gates inside Norfolk Airport. This is a part-time assignment - working 4-6 days per month through the end of 2024. This is a great opportunity for someone with flexibility who wants to earn a couple of hundred dollars for a couple of days worth of work.
JOB SUMMARY: Approach passengers waiting at their gates to take part in a survey. Get your steps in as you walk from gate to gate.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Administer survey interviews with passengers according to specific instructions
* Identify interview subjects as instructed
* Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION: High school degree or GED required.
EXPERIENCE: At least 1 year of experience in market research, retail, or customer service experience role.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
* Must be able to use a tablet
* Must be able to read well out loud
* Must be able to walk and stand all-day
* Must be friendly and approachable
* Must have the ability to interact with diverse peoples as many passengers are from around the globe
* Bilingual abilities, especially Spanish, a big plus, but not a requirement
Schedules vary based on flight schedules including day, evening, and nighttime schedules. Some holiday work may be required.
