Survey Crew Member I

CDG, Inc. is seeking applicants to join our team in Gadsden, AL.

• Operate instrumentation as directed for the collection or distribution of survey data (total station, data collector, level, GPS).
• Record field data readings in the field book.
• Mark points of measurement with elevation, station number, or other identifying marks as directed by the Survey Crew Chief.
• Measure the distance between survey points with steel or cloth tape or a surveyor’s chain.
• Establish survey stakes at designated points and specified elevation.
• Cut and clear brush and trees from the line of survey.
• Perform other duties as directed by Survey Crew Chief.

• High School Diploma
• 0-2 years of experience
• Valid driver’s license.
