Job Description
Dieffenbauch & Hritz (D&H) is looking to hire a Survey CAD Technicianto join our team in Morgantown, WV offices. As a Survey CAD Technician you will prepare drawings, exhibits, plans, plats, tables, spreadsheets and process incoming and outgoing survey data.

Location: Morgantown, WV
Schedule:
Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm. This is not a remote or traveling position.

Survey CAD Technicians Requirements:

• Associates degree or certificate in surveying, drafting technology or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in survey drafting design and/or survey computer aided design.
• Intermediate level use of software included but not limited to: Trimble Access surveying software, Trimble Business Center, Carlson Survey, AutoCAD, Arc Explorer, Google Earth and Microsoft Office.

Survey CAD Technician Responsibilities:

• Process survey data for topographical, boundary, construction, civil and geodetic surveys up to and including final plats and/ or plan sheets.
• Perform deed research, researches and acquires information on geodetic monumentation, and acquires right-of-way plans, easements and other legal documents.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
