SURVEILLANCE SYSTEMS TECHNICIAN

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Surveillance Systems Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and efficiency of our clients' surveillance infrastructure. Here's what you'll be responsible for:

• Installation and Maintenance: Set up and maintain surveillance cameras, alarm systems, and access control equipment.

• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly.

• System Upgrades: Assist with system upgrades and enhancements.

• Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure all systems meet industry standards and safety requirements.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience as a Surveillance Systems Technician or in a related field.

• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of surveillance equipment, networking, and security protocols.

• Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., CCTV, Access Control, Burglar Alarm or similar) are a plus.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

• Customer Focus: A commitment to outstanding customer service.

• Valid Driver’s License (Required)

• Drug and Background Check (Required)

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive Salary: Ranging from $40,000 to $52,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Opportunities for advancement available.
