We have an opportunity for Surgical Technologists. Barnes-Jewish Hospital's POD 5 is a 20 OR suite unit located in the East and West Pavilion buildings on the south side of the medical campus. We're a Level 1 Trauma Center, so our OR is open 24/7. POD 5's Core Services include neurosurgery, neuro, solid organ transplant, ortho spine, otolaryngology, spine robotic, ENT and intraoperative MRI.
Call shifts are from 7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. every weeknight and 24 hours (7am-7am) on weekends. The great thing about the call is that you can choose your call shifts based on your schedule and preferences. You will also be expected to work some holidays. We require only one holiday a year though. There are compensation structures in place for both call shifts and holidays.
In addition to competitive pay and Total Rewards Package, this opportunity comes with a $12,500 Sign-on Bonus package that is payable half on your second paycheck, and the other half the paycheck after your 1st year. We ask that you do fulfill at least a 2-year employment term.
