EvergreenHealth Surgery Center in Kirkland, WA consists of 9 Operating Rooms with 30 to 35 cases per day. Typical cases are: General, Bariatrics, Urology, Gynecology, Robotic (SI), ENT, Plastics, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics. Department is open Monday - Friday, closed on the weekends & holidays, no call required.
Required Qualifications
For Surg Tech: Certified; BLS; 18 months of experience
For RN: WA or compact license
Previous travel assignment
BLS
Outpatient Surgery Experience
Service Line Experience: General, Gynecology, Urology, Orthopedics (Hand, Podiatry, Arthroscopy, and Sports Medicine)
Preferred Qualifications
Cerner
ACLS, PALS, CNOR
