OVERVIEW
EvergreenHealth is excited to announce an interview event for Surgical Technologists. The interview period is scheduled for mid-March.
We currently have multiple full-time Surgical Technologist positions in the in-patient OR and outpatient Surgical Center. Various shifts are available.
HIRING PROCESS
- To be considered, please submit an online application and include your updated resume. NOTE: you must have an active Surgical Technologist Registration in Washington State.
- Soon after you apply, you will be contacted by a recruiter.
- After careful review of all applications, a smaller group of candidates will be invited to the interview phase with the hiring managers. You will have 48 hours to respond back and confirm your interview. If we haven't heard back from you within the 48 hours, we will move forward with other candidates.
- Interviews will be conducted 3/18, 3/19, and 3/20.
- Upon completing the interview, candidates may be asked to submit reference information.
- Successful candidates will be offered a position with a start date of either 4/15 or 4/29. NOTE: New hires will be expected to complete a 2-day New Employee Hospital Orientation.
Wage Range: $30.40 - $51.07
Bonus: Available for those new to EvergreenHealth with at least 1 year of current Surg Tech experience
Posted wage ranges represent the entire range from minimum to maximum. For jobs with more than one level, the posted range reflects the minimum of the lowest level and the maximum of the highest level. Some positions also offer additional premiums based on shift, certifications or degrees. Job offers are determined based on a candidate's years of relevant experience, level of education and internal equity.
REQUIRED for the position:
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Must be registered as a Surgical Technologist within the State of Washington.
- Current Healthcare Provider BLS certification by date of hire.
DESIRED for the position:
- Previous Surgical Tech experience
- Active NBSTSA Certification
In-patient Surgical Technologist positions are covered by a collective bargaining agreement between EvergreenHealth and the United Food and Commercial Workers (UFCW). Union membership is optional.
