Job Title: CVOR Surgical Technologist
Location: Lancaster, OH 43130
Shift: Day 12-hour shift
Hours per week: 36
Duration: 13 Weeks Contract

Submittal requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• NCCT or NBSTSA
• BLS (AHA)
• Covid Card
• 2 Professional references from Last or Current Job.
• A minimum of 3 years of recent experience is required as CVOR Surgical Tech.

Summary: A surgery technician assists in the operating room. These individuals work under the supervision of surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nurses. They care for patients during the surgical /procedure. Surgery technicians can work in the ambulatory (River View, Pavilion) or the hospital setting (Main OR). The surgery technician plans, implements, and evaluates patient care along with other team members. They accept responsibility for collaboration with co-workers in the implementation of care.

This position is responsible for providing optimum levels of care as thepatientss transition through their stay. All the duties and standards within this job description will be performed according to the established policies and guidelines outlined in the department and Center policy and procedure manuals. These will be measured through surveys, department goals, peer input,expectations,n and experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $2,340.00 - $2,500.00 per week

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• CVOR Surgical Tech: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• NCCT or NBSTSA (Required)
• BLS Certification (Required)
