2 years of operating room experience with knowledge of AORN standards.
Ability to effectively use technology and medical/surgical terminology. Knowledge of safe surgery processes.
Ability to work effectively surgical team and anticipates next steps. Excellent verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal, collaboration and organizational skills."
