Salary We are seeking for a Surgical Technician with Plastic Surgery or Dermatology experience to join our family practice with a well-known respected plastic surgeon in The Villages in FL. For additional info, reply to this posting or text Marlene @ (769) 990-6167.
Compensation is $24-$27/hr.
Monday - Friday 8am-5pm, no weekends!
PAID FULL TIME EMPLOYEE 100% of employee benefits!
.55 cents per mile – reimbursement mileage
Responsibilities:
- Assist plastic surgeons and dermatologists in a variety of surgical procedures, including plastic surgery and dermatological injectables.
- Prepare surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies required for procedures.
- Maintain a sterile and safe environment in The operating room.
- Ensure proper handling and disposal of surgical specimens.
- Communicate pre-op and post-op instructions to patients and ensure patient understanding
- Complete patient chart documentation, consent paperwork, and medical clearances
- Cross-train in other areas of the practice to support overall patient care needs.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Plastic Surgery or Dermatology.
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of surgical instruments, equipment, and sterile techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Good work ethic and commitment to patient safety and confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work well both independently and collaborate effectively within a team

Pay Details: $24.00 to $27.00 per hour
