Overview:
Prepares Operating Room for surgery, using appropriate techniques. Provides technical services and assists in the Operating Room as assigned and directed by the professional nurse.

Overview:
Prepares Operating Room for surgery, using appropriate techniques. Provides technical services and assists in the Operating Room as assigned and directed by the professional nurse.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1 year experience as a scrub tech.
- Required Education: Post high school/vocational.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support Certification through the American Heart Association for Health Care Providers. Certification as a surgical scrub tech preferred
- Other: Competent to provide services to age specific patient population of assigned areas.
