As our  SR Surgical Tech in the Main OR  Northridge Hospital now part of CommonSpirit Health formed between Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI) and Dignity Health, you’ll prepare the operating room for a variety of surgeries. We can’t operate without you. 

The operating room (OR) runs as a team; every person on the team has an important role that directly impacts the patient. Your success in this role comes from your adaptability and enthusiasm to work with a team taking patients from a diseased process to a healing process

• Minimum 5 years of operating room experience in an acute care setting required with at least three (3) years in an area of specialty required.
• Must be able to scrub Neuro Vascular Ortho and Spine cases.
• Open Heart procedures preferred.
• Successful completion of an accredited/approved Surgical Technician program required.
• Current AHA BLS card required.
• National Board Surgical Technician (CT ST) certification required.
• LA County Fire Card required.
