Responsibilities
- Deliver Outstanding Customer Service: Provide unparalleled customer service experiences via phone and other communication channels, embodying the mission, vision, and values of Medworks.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to meet and exceed daily call and email metrics, fostering a strong sense of teamwork and shared success.
- Efficient Scheduling: Receive and process scheduling calls, emails, and requests accurately, updating shared calendar software with precise case information.
- Effective Communication: Communicate promptly with team members regarding scheduled appointments, locations, physician preferences, and any updates to ensure smooth coordination.
- Adaptability: Willingness to take on additional responsibilities and assist the team as needed to support overall operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Customer Service Experience: Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience, demonstrating a strong commitment to delivering exceptional support.
- Surgical Scheduling Experience: Preferred minimum of 2 years of experience in surgical scheduling or a similar position, with a proven track record of success.
- Proficiency in MS Office: Skilled in using MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting and documentation purposes.
- Customer Focus: Dedication to providing outstanding customer support, with a keen understanding of customer needs and preferences.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with exceptional interpersonal abilities.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated capability to think critically and solve problems efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
