Surgical Coordinator for Eye Doctor Office

Manage Surgery Schedule

• schedules all patient appointments and surgeries, English and Chinese
• administer appointment reminders to patients.
• schedule emergency and add-on surgeries.
• understand scheduling procedures for surgeries, such as how long a surgery will take and how much time to allot for set-up and turnaround,
• administer surgery schedules to appropriate medical staff.
• Excellent knowledge of medical device marketing and selling plans
• Strong knowledge of clinical maturity, hospital operations, and community resources

Additional Administrative Tasks

Surgical Coordinator will manage incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails and often they will assist with management of the front desk as well. They may also assist with the insurance verification and billing process.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $41,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
