We are a 50 year old, growing, family owned and operated business in Rochester NY specializing in tool sharpening and grinding. We are looking to fill a position whos responsibilities will include the following:
1) Surface grinding We will train the qualified applicant to grind and sharpen long and sometimes heavy parts on CNC precision German grinders. Heavy lifting is sometimes required.
2) Tool grinding We will train the qualified applicant to grind and sharpen small cutting tools on CNC and manual tool & Cutter Grinders.
3) Ability to operate tool room machines (Milling machine, lathe, band saw, drill press) would be a plus, but not required.
