As a Supported Living Manager, you will oversee the operation of one Supported Living Site, ensuring that all support provided meets the expectations of the people supported and all state and federal requirements. To do this, you will supervise and support Direct Support Professionals working in the SUPPORTED LIVING home. You will provide case coordination services for two-to-four people by entering goals, completing quarterly summaries, and uploading documents to DDRS Portal. Assist people supported with banking, bill payment, and budgeting as needed. SLMs are required to attend and advocate for the people they support at Semi-Annual and Annual team meetings. SLMs will also mentor and support people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities to live the life they choose to live.

Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma/GED
- Prefer two years of experience in the field of Human Services
- At least 18 years of age
- Basic language, written, and computer skills necessary for communication and documentation
- Demonstrated ability to support people with disabilities
- Ability to work a flexible schedule if needed
- Crisis prevention, intervention, and teaching skills
- Valid driver's license, insured vehicle, and safe driving record
- Ability to speak, hear, and read the English language
