Job Type: Part-time, Full-time

Hours: 6:30am-3:00pm Monday-Friday (year-round)

Job Description:

• Operate a regular route travelling throughout the Campus emptying trash containers, cleaning monument signs, and removing leaves/debris from building entrances
• Disposing of trash/debris in compliance with Microsoft and NLS rules
• Promote and maintain safe working conditions
• This job involves significant movement on your feet throughout the workday

Desired Qualifications:

• Ability to drive a golf cart safely on the campus (drivers license not required)
• Ability to maintain a consistent route
• Ability to safely use battery powered equipment and cleaning materials
• Ability to lift 25 pounds on a regular basis, with occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds with assistance
