POSITION SUMMARY:

Works with employers and individuals with disabilities to implement individualized employment services. Provides guidance and instruction to the client and employer as well as monitors progress to ensure a successful outcome.

This position normal work schedule is 7:30 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday but may vary based on client needs. Part-time positions available as well.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

• High school diploma/G.E.D.
• Ability to multi-task, work in a team environment, and possess strong verbal and written communication skills able to communicate information to a diverse audience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and vehicle to travel independently between locations.

Preferred:

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Vocational Rehabilitation or related Human Services field.
• One-year experience working with individuals with disabilities.
• Previous Job Coaching experience and Certified Employment Support Professional (CESP), or Association of Community Rehabilitation Educators (ACRE) Credentials or an equivalent workforce development certification.
