SUPPORT SERVICES SPECIALIST (indef) (Title 32)

This National Guard position is for a SUPPORT SERVICES SPECIALIST (indef) (Title 32), Position Description Number D1595P01 and is part of the G1 located in Draper, UT with the Utah Army National Guard.
The selecting supervisor is LTC Scott Chalmers.

Minimum Requirements:
Experience, education or training in administrative, professional, technical, or other work that provided knowledge of SUPPORT SERVICES. Knowledge of administrative methods and procedures used in planning, organizing work, and skill in dealing with others in person-to-person work relationships. Experience using computer and automation systems.
Specialized Experience:
Must have at least 24 months experience in dealing with management principles and supervisory responsibility for support service functions required by type of position to be filled and the organization involved. Experience planning and directing a variety of clerical operations. Experience using methods and procedural steps, and working under general instructions to meet the objectives of SUPPORT SERVICES programs.

Education: Substitution for specialized experience:
Have a 2 years or a master's or equivalent graduate degree with a major study in on of the following: public administration, business administration, industrial engineering, industrial management, or other administrative or management fields.
