The Support Services Lead supervises staff including coordinates treatment activity, participates in client staffing, implements treatment plans, provides rehabilitation services, provides general health care management activities, and maintains client records for the assigned programs. The Support Services Lead will have direct reports.
Responsibilities:
Maintain agency policies, confidentiality standards, and safety protocols.
Utilize excellent customer service skills.
Ensure compliance with federal and state laws, accrediting agencies, and licensing requirements.
Interact with clients and staff in a culturally competent manner.
Select, train, and manage care managers or other staff.
Hold staff accountable for care provision and documentation.
Conduct initial assessments and reassessments under supervision.
Develop and implement treatment plans in compliance with guidelines.
Coordinate care activities with various stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to standards and guidelines.
Maintain clinical productivity as per defined standards.
Stay informed of current literature and evidence-based practices.
Communicate policy updates with the team.
Advise the team on clinically appropriate decisions.
Participate in utilization review and performance improvement activities.
Attend required meetings and maintain a flexible schedule.
Maintain an Arizona driver's license and a clean driving record.
Requirements:
Preferred: A Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) for Spectrum is an individual who has a minimum of a high school diploma and at least 4 years of behavioral health experience. OR, b. An individual with a bachelor's degree (any) or BHT Certification from an accredited institution and at least 4 years of experience in behavioral health. OR, c. An individual with a bachelor's or master's degree in a human services related field. In addition: 1-2 years of supervisory experience Minimum: BHPP
