Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00a - 3:00p, flex as needed
Day to day duties may include the following:
- Grounds maintenance: operating a zero turn mower, push mower, weed-eater, edger, blower and other tools needed to maintain grounds.
- Cleaning: included but not limited to office areas, residential areas, outdoor areas; operating a variety of light cleaning machines and cleaning tools, may work with a small crew.
- Light maintenance: touch-up painting, changing light bulbs, hanging pictures, etc.
- Pick-up/Delivery: operating a company vehicle to pick up and deliver a variety of items (under 50 lbs) Chauffeur license required (may obtain during interview process)
- Team player: willing to perform a variety of task in connection with the daily maintenance and operations of OPTIONS, Inc.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid Chauffeur’s Driver’s License (Required - may obtain during interview process),
- Must be at least 18 years old,
- Must have a clear driving record,
- Must have a clear criminal background,
- Must pass a drug screen.
Other Requirements:
- Two years work experience.
- Able to drive all vehicles and trailers required to perform services.
- Ability to work independently to complete a specified task
- Ability to anticipate and resolve problems before they occur.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Ability to be flexible.
- Ability to work with people with disabilities.
PREFERRED:
- Experience working with cleaning equipment.
- Three to five years work experience.
License/Certification:
Driver's License (Required)
