iTouch Biometrics is looking to hire a Support Technician who will also be responsible for On-Site Product Installations.
This role will require frequent travel to customer locations within the United States.
It is preferred that candidates have some level of Information Technology troubleshooting experience or Field Technician experience.
We service software products that are Microsoft Windows based so some knowledge of the Windows Operating system is required. This includes the Microsoft Office Suite.
An Associates Degree or higher level of education is preferred. It is also preferred that this degree be focused in the Information Technology space.
