This is a temporary role through Magnit for a leading technology company in the world. This role is fully remote in the US ONLY. Job Title: Support Enablement Logistics Specialist What you get to do in this role: Assist with logistics and requirements for all global Customer Service and Support (CSS) learning programs.
This includes (but is not limited to) creating and maintaining event registration pages, inviting & coordinating with attendees, ordering catering, book training room reservations, collaborating with WPS (workplace services), coordinating instructors for various classes, sourcing team event offsite venues, internal & external communications, managing waitlists, tracking attendance, managing Zoom links for virtual training sessions, adhering to budget requirements, and formatting reporting, surveys, and results into summary slide decks. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans for the CSS Support Ops team - including task status, key milestones, dependencies, and resource requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Learning Solutions, Enablement, Supportability, Knowledge, etc.) to gather project requirements and ensure program delivery excellence.
Regularly respond to questions from the CSS organization via email, Teams, Zoom, and calls. Assist with slide deck creation and presentation preparation for various CSS Support Ops activities including (but not limited to) QBRs, All-Hands, & Weekly Team Meetings. To be successful in this role you have: 2-4 years of experience assisting with projects in a fast-paced environment At least 2 years experience working in a SaaS Technology environment At least 2 years experience managing projects At least 2 years experience communicating cross-functionally across teams to include working with a global audience Proven ability to manage multiple projects at one time while staying focused and organized Experience working with a global audience and adapting intercultural communication as needed A passion for data, analysis, and metrics with a curiosity to get to the root of a problem and solve it Ability to solve challenging problems while remaining flexible and adaptable to change Excellent cross-team collaboration, advanced interpersonal communication skills, and advanced written skills Flexibility of working hours when needed to meet global requests Experience with the following tools: Smartsheet, Outlook (Email + Calendar), Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Zoom, Event Management Software, & Adobe Acrobat Must be flexible with working hours to support global requests as needed.
Location: Fully remote in US ONLY Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, expectation) The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $25.00-$33.33/hour W-2. Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K (provided minimum eligibility hours are met).
