Ignite Education Solutions is hiring a Full-Time Counselor to work within our local school districts and Ignite Special Programming. Bachelor’s degree required in Psychology, Criminology, Sociology, or other Social Service field. Make an impact on children within our area by providing a compassionate and student focused educational environment. Engage parents in the process by providing regular communication and updates on student successes, and any positive/negative behaviors. Provide individual and group counseling for students, and take an active role in determining behavior interventions to assist students in meeting goals.
What are the hours like?
- 7 am-3 pm or 8 am-4 pm in alignment with school day schedule
- Full daily pay for 2 hour delays and early dismissals

QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Psychology Criminology, Sociology, or other Social Service field, required PA state clearances (FBI fingerprint, background check, child abuse clearance), Mandated Reporter parts 1 and 2 and Physical/TB test (can be completed during onboarding process).
