Position Purpose:

This position will play a lead role alongside the Maritime Port Operations team primarily in the Pre- Billing process and reducing revenue leakage, vendor management and operations redundancy to the Regional Manager and assigned Port Manager (s). The Maritime Operations Support Lead will collaborate cross functionally within Maritime Operations and the Financial Share Services (FSS) team to ensure quality control, customer billings are accurate and submitted timely. This position will work independently and responsible for developing processes and procedures in collaboration with the Regional Manager and at times Dir. Maritime Operations, which relate to quality control of the pre-billing form, tracking of completed pre- billing forms and billing issues which require escalation to be resolved prior to handoff to FSS with the goal of reducing revenue leakage and improving billing accuracy and efficiency.

Key Job Activities:

• Perform duties and responsibilities, as assigned but will lead the Maritime back off team working with the Port Managers
• Perform quality control processes to identify areas of potential revenue leakage and monitor profit margins per service
• Pre- Billing Form Documentation Consolidation and Review in preparation for assigned Port Manager (s) to complete Pre- Billing form
• Maritime data consolidation and upload in Terralink or similar data management software
• Completed Pre- Billing Form handover to FSS
• Responsible for management of the Pre-Billing Tracker
• Review Flagged For Further Review Items in Pre- Billing Form that require escalation to Maritime Operations Leadership and identify where corrective measures can be implemented
• Track Maritime accounts payable and identify aged invoices while advising the Port Manager to open invoices and timely notification of PO increases (as necessary)
• Occasionally visit Port Operations and meet with key port stakeholders
