Supply Warehouse Process Analyst

• Build and leverage an advanced knowledge and understanding of Warehouse Processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and reduction in process variability.
• Partner with warehouse personnel, management, and other site functions to drive continuous improvement.
• Create/enhance tools that drive standard work (Standard Operating Procedures, etc).
• Assist with scheduling/movement of warehouse personnel on second/third shift as required due to absences.
• Monitor second and third shift personnel to ensure there are no issues - if issues arise escalate to the Sr. Warehouse Facilitator.
• Provide training to personnel as required to embed process standardization/optimization and the use of the associated tools.
• Establish/maintain key performance indicators and other tools to improve performance visibility and identify opportunity areas in collaborations with the Sr Warehouse Facilitator
• Host and/or attend team meetings to progress initiatives aimed at improving the Warehouse Processes.
• Lead Level 0s or other problem solving related to the Warehouse Processes.
• Support with warehouse reporting including warehouse capacity reports for better proactive planning.
• As part of the extended Supply Leadership Team, be a collaborative and effective team member by supporting key Supply processes as needed. This includes, but is not limited to the following: deviations, CAPA, investigations, housekeeping audits, change control, Workday, SAP and any other warehouse systems.
• Read, understand, and comply with cGMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), including SHE standards.
• Wear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) as required by specific activities.

• Conduct activities and interactions consistent with Company values and in compliance with the Code of Conduct and supporting Policies and Standards relevant to your role. Complete all required training on the AZ Code of Conduct and supporting Policies and Standards on time. Report potential issues of non-compliance.
