Job Summary:
Albers Aerospace is seeking a candidate (contingent upon award) for a support/logistics position supporting MQ-9 deployed operations.
Essential Responsibilities:
Assignments usually relate to stable or standardized segments of technical supply management operations; or to functions or subjects that are narrow in scope or limited in difficulty
- Performs limited aspects of technical supply management work (e.g., inventory management, storage management, catalog, and property utilization) related to depot, local, or other supply activities.
- Assignments usually relate to stable or standardized segments of technical supply management operations; or to functions or subjects that are narrow in scope or limited in difficulty.
- The work generally involves individual case problems or supply actions.
- This work may require consideration of program requirements together with specific variations in or from standardized guidelines.
- Transmits and receives data via disk, modem, and other electronic means.
- Extracts data, formulates and interprets management reports, creates archives, backups, and data saves in support of deployments and detachment operations.
- Perform a wide range of clerical and administrative and financial duties related to aircraft maintenance such as preparing reports and correspondence, filing, and typing. Perform tool room management IAW Tool Control Program (acting as Tool Control Program Coordinator), Metrology and Calibration (METCAL) Program, Individual Material Readiness List (IMRL) Program Coordinator. Perform Hazardous Material Control and Management Supervisor requirements.
- Maintain material control register and verify all outstanding requisitions with material control, maintenance control and the approved maintenance data system to agree with supply status reports on a daily basis.
- Requisition aircraft parts, engines, and support equipment for use on all assigned aircraft Utilize Uniform Source, Maintenance and Recoverability (SM&R) codes to identify the source of parts and the levels of maintenance authorized to maintain, repair, overhaul or condemn them; preparation of supply documentation for proper identification of repairable items passed to those authorized repair maintenance levels.
Minimum Requirements:
- Have four years, within the last six years, specific experience in requisitioning, inventory control, materials management, or related property management functions.
- Must have an above average understanding of property accountability procedures.
- Must have experience with Fedlog, WEBFLIS, IMDS and other supporting platforms.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be proficient at operating a vehicle.
- Must have a proven track record of warehouse storage operations.
- Must have the confidence and supply knowledge to operate efficiently at a remote site with limited supervision.
- Shall be proficient performing all operator, data entry, and retrieval functions.
- Knowledgeable of how to receive, issue, ship, store, inventory, and turn-in repair parts.
- Must possess a working knowledge of desktop computers utilizing Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Must be capable of working in a warehouse supply environment.
- Must meet all OCONUS deployment criteria, to include pre-deployment medical screening, as a condition of employment.
- Must have a valid US Passport.
- Ability to pass a Deployment Medical Examination.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to accurately document, report and assess situations and make judgments.
- The ability to work both independently and in a team environment is essential as is the ability to work extended hours and travel as required
- Must be fully vaccinated per CDC guidelines and OCONUS policies.
- Must have valid driver’s license.
- Must be willing to permanently relocate and deploy.
Security Clearance Requirements:
Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for this contract.
