Job description

You will serve as a Supply Systems Analyst in the Property Management Department of the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Logistics Center (NSLC) (NAVSEALOGCEN) Keyport Division, Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC), Mechanicsburg, PA (NAVSEALOGCENKYPTDIVNUWC MECH PA) in Panama City, FL.Qualifications:

For GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Analyzing warehouse management operations and performing supply administrative functions to ensure accountability of an organization's assets.
For GS-07: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Performing supply administrative functions to ensure regulations compliance and accountability of an organization's assets. Examples of qualifying experience may include assisting the Warehouse On-Site Lead with Operating Material and Supply (OM&S) program management; performing warehouse management/administrative functions; conducting daily warehouse inventory management operations; establishing warehouse management methods, procedures, and business practices to organize and locate assets; assuring and reporting on visibility and accountability of assets and compliance with governing policy; and executing to day to warehouse.

Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.

Education: In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
For GS-09: A master's or equivalent graduate degree;
OR
Two full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a master's or equivalent graduate degree;
OR
An LL.B. or J.D., if related to the position being filled;
OR
For GS-07: One full year of graduate level education;
OR
Successful completion of a Bachelor's degree with superior academic achievement.
