As a Supply Replenisher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining an efficient and well-stocked inventory of essential supplies. Your responsibilities will include weekly replenishment of stock items, monitoring prices, building relationships with vendors, managing purchase orders, and collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute weekly replenishment of stock supplies such as boxes, screws, packing materials, paint, etc.
• Regularly review supplier prices to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Develop strong relationships with vendors to address any supply chain issues and optimize lead times.
• Generate purchase orders and follow up on order status to ensure on-time delivery.
• Work closely with other departments to understand their supply needs.
• Conduct regular analysis of item usage and adjust minimum and maximum stock levels for efficient replenishment.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in basic computer applications
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
