Lockheed Martin is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Supply Operations and Logistics (SO&L) Proposal Analyst - Level 3 in Marietta, GA to be part of a dynamic and fast-paced organization. The Aeronautics Sustainment Operations' Supply Operations and Logistics (SO&L) Proposal Team provides support to strategic proposal efforts lead by, and in coordination with, Program Management, Business Development, and Advanced Development Programs.
Candidate responsibilities include:
• Responsible for Truth In Negotiations Act (TINA) compliant Sustainment Supply Support proposal content in pursuit of new business opportunities, including Kit Management, Cost Account Managers, Repair of Repairables, Spares, and Logistics
• Responsible for quick-turn, rough order of magnitude (ROM) quotes in support of the Business Development Team and Advanced Development Programs
• Gather statistical data to project future performance and identify potential risks - BOE Development, Workload Analysis, Schedule Risk, Business Case Development, Budgetary Analysis, Cost Estimating Relationships
• Serve as an Supply Operations & Logistics point of contact for Capture and Proposal team needs
• Serve as liaison between Supply Support and the Proposal and Engineering stakeholders
• Negotiate Sustainment Supply Support period of performance based on customer need/direction and material analysis
• Interface with DCMA/DCAA to assure customer understanding of proposal content
• Author Supplier Statements of Work (SSOW), as required
• Must be a US Citizen or legally authorized to work in US as a permanent resident

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
• Experience working collaboratively and cooperatively across multiple functions and stakeholders
• Demonstrated process and data analytics experience
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Project, Visio)
Desired skills
• Accountable for deadlines
• Well-organized with strong attention to details
• Demonstrated success at multi-tasking
• Strong Knowledge of Supply Operations and Kit Management Processes

Ability to work remotely
Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Colorado Pay Statement
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $78,500 - $150,400. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full time employees: accrue 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO); receive 40 hours of Granted PTO annually for incidental absences; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of PTO per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO is prorated based on hours worked and start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Premium Pay Statement
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $90,200 - $170,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
